A few weeks ago, the president appointed herself “Drug Czar” she in charge of all the government activities in the battle against illegal drugs, with that sweeping declaration, the “Boys” at the DOJ, PDEA and other agencies took the cue: the direction? Make the Czar appear active in governance, headlines and news spin and management to make the public forget the “real” problem.
